Step 2: Confirmation Of Your Needs.
Once we understand your needs, we will work with you to finalize the details to your products including the design and the fabric to be used. We don’t just manufacture, we can help our clients in fabric sourcing, pattern making as well as sample making. We are also experienced in dealing with complicated designs and turning them into most suitable production methods.
We will provide an initial price estimate at this stage.
Step 3: Sample Making.
Yuanjin Garment has its own sample department with a dedicated line for sample makings. Based on the details communicated, we will make samples so our clients can confirm and modify as necessary.
Step 4: Confirmation Of Production Details.
Once product samples are being confrimed, we will provide our clients with an offical quotation. Once this is confirmed, we will proceed to contract exchanges and confirming of production plans and delivery dates.
Step 5: Pre-Production Preparations
Before production, we will ensure that improtant elements such as fabric purchase and cutting etc. are arranged properly and will be ready before the commencement of production.
Step 6: Production to Product Dispatch
From Sewing to packaging and cartoning, we will be in close contact with our clients at all times to ensure they are well informed of the entire manufacturing process.
